The confrontation reportedly stemmed from a months-long feud between the two comedians. Witnesses described a heated exchange before the punch was thrown, escalating tensions dramatically.
TMZ broke the story in December 2024, revealing that law enforcement sources indicated the incident was a culmination of ongoing disputes. The footage, obtained by The Bizi Room, corroborated these claims.
Following the punch, a group of bystanders intervened, attacking Corey and forcing him to flee the scene. This swift response highlights the volatile nature of the situation.
Cristina filed a battery report with the LAPD, but Corey was not arrested. Two months later, he attempted to secure a temporary restraining order against her, claiming she initiated the altercation.
Corey claimed that Cristina verbally provoked him with insults. He alleged that she said, “Your mama’s a bitch,” and “Your d*** ain’t s***,” contributing to the heated exchange.
In court documents, Corey accused Cristina of leaking a video to TMZ that depicted him as the sole aggressor. However, no such video was published by TMZ, raising questions about his claims.
We have reached out to Corey for updates on his perspective regarding the incident. As of now, there has been no response from him.
