Chainsmokers Crash Arizona State Celebration, Cops Arrive Soon After

The Chainsmokers, renowned for their electrifying performances, were set to energize a gathering at Arizona State University. However, their plans to light up a fraternity party were abruptly curtailed when local law enforcement arrived to shut down the festivities.

Alex Pall and Drew Taggart, the dynamic duo behind The Chainsmokers, made their way to Tempe, Arizona on a Friday evening as they prepared for their upcoming performance at Breakaway Festival, a prominent EDM event taking place in Phoenix over the weekend.

The exhilarating duo aimed to thrill the attendees at the party, but their excitement was met with an unexpected twist when they encountered law enforcement officers who were clearly not in favor of the large gathering.

As the party commenced, The Chainsmokers began their set but were only able to perform a mere 45 seconds of music before the police intervened. The officers swiftly took control of the sound system, instructing all guests under the age of 21 to vacate the venue immediately.

It appears that the fraternity faced a hefty fine due to the party’s disruption; however, The Chainsmokers graciously agreed to cover the cost, allowing the celebration to continue for an additional 15 minutes, much to the delight of their fans.

Following the brief interruption, the talented crew managed to complete the rest of their show seamlessly, captivating the audience with both their classic hits and recent remixes that fans have come to love.
