Blueface’s $2.2 Million California Home for His Family

Blueface has welcomed a new baby into his family and purchased a magnificent new home to accommodate his growing household, as reported by TMZ.

According to sources close to the transaction, the rapper has settled into a lavish $2.25 million estate located in Moorpark, California. This move comes just in time for the arrival of his newborn son. The expansive residence boasts over 5,000 square feet, featuring five spacious bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, breathtaking mountain views, and a four-car garage.

Blueface arrived at his new gated community in a luxurious Maybach Sprinter, courtesy of Stratos. He was joined by Christian Crane from Agents of LA, who facilitated the purchase, alongside renowned former Death Row Records producer and real estate mogul Eric “C-Style” Yokoyama.

In a unique gesture, the closing gift presented to Blueface was a custom gold key featuring an image of Jesus Christ. The rapper was spotted wearing this distinctive key around his neck.

This purchase marks the continuation of Blueface’s collaboration with Crane, who has previously assisted the rapper in acquiring his property in Canyon Country.

The transition to this new home had an unmistakable reality TV flair, which may not be mere coincidence. Tai Savet, owner of Agents of LA and creator of VH1’s “Love & Listings,” was present during the move and hinted at the potential for a new real estate show.

Savet shared with TMZ, “We might just see another real estate show inspired by this world coming to the urban market.”
