Aubrey Plaza Sells Marital Home Following Husband’s Passing … Transaction Finalized at $4.4 Million

Aubrey Plaza has officially sold the Los Angeles residence that she shared with her late husband, acclaimed filmmaker Jeff Baena, as reported by TMZ.
According to property records obtained by TMZ, the transaction was completed on Friday for $4.375 million. This amount is notably less than the $4.7 million that Aubrey and Jeff invested in the home back in October 2022.
This sale marks a significant transition for Aubrey, as she embarks on a new journey with actor Christopher Abbott. Sources close to the couple previously informed TMZ that they welcomed their first child together, a daughter, in late July. Recently, Aubrey was spotted with the newborn in New York City after attending Christopher’s last performance in “Death of a Salesman.”
The Spanish-style estate was initially listed for sale last year at $6.5 million, but the listing was removed just days before Christmas. It was later relisted with a price of $5.75 million.
The expansive, private double-lot property boasts 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a wine cellar, a swimming pool, a steam room, and a dedicated screening room.
As previously reported, Jeff tragically passed away by suicide at their home in January 2025. Aubrey and Jeff had been living separately since September 2024 when they began taking time apart.
