An individual accused of decapitating his mom, dad and their canine in Southern California had an odd response to being shot … belting out Tina Turner whereas lying prone on the road.
Joseph Gerdvil — arrested on two counts of homicide in San Juan Capistrano — allegedly appears in new physique cam footage … coming face to face with cops on a highway exterior San Juan Cell Estates.
Strive the clip … an officer jumps out of the auto and attracts his weapon — telling the individual approaching him, which police say is Gerdvil, to stop transferring.
When the individual retains coming, the officers fires various footage, taking him down.
Afterward, cops are standing over the individual’s physique … and, after telling them to finish him off with a shot to the highest, he begins to sing.
He sings out a pair traces from Tina Turner’s hit monitor “What’s Love Obtained to Do With It?’ … crooning, “What’s love purchased to do, purchased to do with it? What’s love nonetheless a second-hand emotion?”
Gerdvil stands accused of killing every his dad and mother — 79-year-old Antoinette and 77-year-old Ronald — and their pet chihuahua once more in early July.
Consistent with the Sheriff’s Division, officers arrived after receiving a reputation a few blood soaked man chasing a mainteance worker at spherical 7:40 AM … which is when this taking footage went down. Gerdvil was taken to the hospital.
