The Dominatrix known for attaching a nearly naked man to the Hollywood Sign has made headlines once again. This time, she taped an individual to a street post in SoHo while he held an expensive designer bag.
Performing artist Sabine Tautou revealed to TMZ that after she wrapped a man with gray bondage tape to a street post outside the Alexander Wang boutique, over 50 people contacted her with screenshots of Citizen alerts about the event.
Sabine expressed, “This is the first performance I’ve done that has gained attention on Citizen as well.”
This performance art piece marks a collaboration with Alexander Wang, celebrating the relaunch of the brand’s iconic Rocco handbag.
Sabine added, “The performance was fully aligned with the work I typically create. It’s the first instance where I have integrated one of my public performances into a brand collaboration.”
In a statement, Alexander Wang remarked, “The Rocco was never intended to be polite. We crafted the bag to withstand rough handling, featuring studs on the bottom so it can be casually placed anywhere. It’s designed to move seamlessly with her.”
This isn’t the first time Sabine has captured attention with her bold performance art.
Earlier, we reported that Sabine faced detention and was cited for trespassing after binding her sub to the Hollywood Sign.
She shared her experience, stating, “I hiked up the mountain with my submissive at 5:30 AM in the dark and waited until 10 AM to jump the fence with him, then descended the steep cliff to reach the letters of the sign.”
Regarding the performance centered around the Rocco bag, we believe Sabine’s collaboration is destined for success.
