Marcellus Wiley’s Estranged Wife Secures 3-Year Restraining Order … Achieves Sole Custody of Their Children

In a significant legal ruling, Annemarie Wiley, the estranged wife of former NFL player Marcellus Wiley, has secured a court-ordered restraining order against him. This development also grants her sole custody of their three children, according to reports from TMZ.
Recent legal documents acquired by TMZ indicate that Marcellus has been mandated to maintain a distance of 100 yards from Annemarie and their children, except during supervised visitation sessions.
Under the newly issued order, Marcellus is permitted to have supervised visitation with his children, which includes two weekday visits and one on the weekend. After he successfully completes five court-mandated domestic violence classes, these visits may become unsupervised.
Upon completing 26 classes, Marcellus and Annemarie are expected to meet and discuss the possibility of extending Marcellus’s parenting time, which may include overnight stays, as stipulated by the court order.
Marcellus is allowed to participate in extracurricular activities involving his children, provided he remains at least 20 yards away from them.
The judge did not issue any rulings related to financial matters but advised both parties to engage in co-parenting counseling sessions.
This ruling came just a day after the couple faced off in court.
According to our sources, Annemarie initiated divorce proceedings and sought a restraining order in July, alleging that she endured physical, sexual, and emotional abuse from Marcellus — claims that he has firmly denied.
