Allegedly Faked Millions in Investments by 18-Year-Old

Taylor Chan, an 18-year-old, is facing serious allegations alongside the apparent fraudster Daejon Love, who is accused of defrauding at least 26 women out of a staggering $1.3 million. Love reportedly created fake investment accounts and adopted multiple identities to forge romantic connections with women through dating apps. He then persuaded these women to invest in or lend him money.

Daejon Love allegedly claimed to be from Switzerland, asserting that he belonged to one of the wealthiest families globally. He also falsely stated that he had signed a contract with the San Francisco 49ers of the NFL but could not play due to a supposed finger injury.

Through his deceitful narrative, Love reportedly built romantic relationships with various women. He expressed a desire to settle down and accumulate wealth together. According to Carter, he convinced victims to send him money or to take out personal loans under the guise of investment opportunities.

Daejon Love allegedly enlisted the help of 18-year-old Taylor Chan to facilitate his schemes. Chan is reported to have posed as Love’s financial advisor, using fabricated investment returns to further encourage victims to invest their funds.

As highlighted by Carter, one victim transferred $2,000 in cash to the duo. When they discovered she had $10,000 in savings, they allegedly threatened her with physical harm until she handed over the money.
