Taylor Frankie Paul is taking decisive action, having filed a civil stalking injunction against Dakota Mortensen‘s associate who shared a video of her in tears during a heated confrontation with him on TikTok.
The star of ‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ lodged the legal document against Cru Eaton in Salt Lake County, Utah, on Friday. She claims to possess video and/or photographic evidence supporting her allegations. This petition does not seek a restraining order but requests that a judge compel Dakota’s close friend to cease any stalking or harassment.
This legal action follows Cru’s decision to release a disturbing video showcasing Taylor’s emotional breakdown as Dakota recorded her during a serious dispute where he accused her of being abusive.
Cru defended Dakota in his video caption, addressing critics by stating, “Everyone is so concerned and focused on what must have been happening before the videos started. You do realize that Dakota doesn’t instigate these fights, so he can’t predict when to start recording them, right?”
As previously reported, Taylor and Dakota faced each other in court this week regarding their ongoing custody battle over their two-year-old child, Ever. Earlier this year, she temporarily lost custody due to abuse allegations made by Dakota, along with video evidence from a 2023 domestic violence incident that was released by TMZ.
In June, a judge ruled that she no longer required supervised visits with Ever, allowing her to spend one day a week with her child, as well as alternating weekends.
