The bold influencer recently made waves by jumping into The Shade Room’s comment section to call out Yung Miami for sharing a shopping video featuring the rapper. Although Miami has not yet replied, social media is buzzing about Jade’s pointed response, highlighting the drama unfolding between these influential figures.

The Backstory Behind Yung Miami’s Video Featuring Southside
If you weren’t aware, Caresha and Southside first sparked romance rumors back in 2018. However, by December of that same year, they endured a messy public breakup, as reported by HotNewHipHop. Fast forward to 2019, and the couple reconciled, showering each other with public affection, which culminated in the birth of their daughter, Summer Miami. By September 2020, the couple parted ways once again but maintained a cordial relationship. In an interview with XXL, Caresha described Southside as “cool,” admitting that although their relationship had its ups and downs, they made a concerted effort to co-parent effectively for the sake of their daughter. As of January 2024, they appeared to be exemplifying a healthy co-parenting dynamic by attending events together, although the current status of their relationship remains somewhat unclear.
On Wednesday (March 19), Yung Miami treated her followers to a video featuring herself and Southside, showcasing them shopping at the high-end designer store Chanel. In the background, Southside was seen counting cash while she playfully requested, “Take me to Chanel.” Accompanying the video, Miami captioned it simply with “Yeah,” along with several manicured hand emojis, adding a touch of flair to her post.
While OhSoYouJade has suggested that the video is an old clip, The Shade Room has yet to verify this claim. Notably, Caresha shared this throwback video amid a series of Instagram Stories promoting her upcoming song tease, ‘Take Me To Chanel.’ Additionally, she reposted the same video with Southside on X (formerly Twitter). In the comment section of TSR, Miami expressed her excitement by writing her lyrics, “Take me to CHANELLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!”
OhSoYouJade Throws Shade at Caresha’s Post
While Summer Miami’s father has not publicly responded to the situation, OhSoYouJade took to the TSR comment section to express her thoughts on Miami’s post, and her words certainly carried a hint of sarcasm!
“Lmaooo this old a*s video gone head and get u a updated video boo,” Jade commented, punctuating her statement with a kissy face and laughing emoji.
For those unfamiliar, OhSoYouJade previously dated Tekashi 69 but started the New Year with Southside aboard a yacht. She shared an affectionate video on her IG Stories of them kissing multiple times (swipe through to see the moments).

Similar to Summer Miami’s father, Caresha has not yet addressed OhSoYouJade’s pointed comments. In her discussion with The Shade Room, she opened up about her career path, shared any regrets she might have, and addressed whether there was ever a romantic connection between her and Stefon Diggs.
