While Monday’s game wasn’t quite a stinker as the last two, it still left more to be desired.
The Denver Broncos fell to the Los Angeles Chargers, 19-16 on Monday, marking a second consecutive overtime loss for Denver (2-4).
The good news is that Broncos QB Russell Wilson, at first, appeared to be like Russell of old, starting the game and completing his first ten passes. Then reality set in as the QB finished the rest of the game going 5-of-18 passing.
Here’s a sampling of how Twitter reacted to yet another prime-time loss for Denver.
Aside from the Raiders game, the Broncos defense has allowed 17, 9, 10, 9 & 12 points in 5 regulations this season. That’s an average of less than 12 points per game. They’re 2-3 in those games.
If they had a different QB, say, I dunno, Geno Smith, they’re 5-0 in those games.

Former Ohio State linebacker Baron Browning having a huge game for the Denver Broncos for the second week in a row. Two tackles for loss, a sack and now an interception (while recovering his own fumble after the interception). https://t.co/Tfm8lG8Fxw

The Broncos will face off against the Jets this Sunday (no, not prime time) at home in Week 7. Kickoff time, to the delight of many, will be at 2:05 MT.
