7:21 AM PT — Paris prosecutors verify to TMZ … Travis’ case has been dismissed as a result of the crime was insufficiently characterised.
Travis Scott has been launched from a Paris jail and no fees have been filed for an alleged assault … TMZ has realized.
As TMZ reported, Travis was arrested early Friday at a flowery resort within the Olympic Metropolis, after getting right into a battle along with his bodyguard. A resort safety guard stepped in to interrupt up the battle, and the resort claims Travis attacked him. He was arrested and brought to jail.

Now Travis’ rep tells TMZ … “Travis Scott has been launched with no fees.” We’re advised there aren’t any plans for him to be charged sooner or later, though now we have not been capable of verify this with Paris prosecutors.

As we reported, Travis was taken from jail to a hospital through ambulance, we’re advised as a result of he could have been minimize by a shattered vase through the battle. Travis’ rep says, “There have been no accidents to some other social gathering together with his safety.”
Travis has been swarmed by followers and paparazzi on the streets of Paris all week, and he blamed his bodyguard for not adequately defending him. A number of social media posts present Travis pleading with police for the paparazzi and followers to depart him alone.

This has been each a great and unhealthy week for Scott. His arrest for disorderly intoxication in Miami was dropped however he nonetheless has a trespassing cost for stepping into an altercation close to a yacht. And, after all, he was arrested in Paris however now appears to be within the clear.
