Tom Sandoval Pushes Ex-Victoria Lee’s Dad Into Fire Pit

Recently released footage seems to show Tom Sandoval forcefully pushing his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson‘s father, Will Robinson, into a lit fire pit amid a volatile exchange.

The video, acquired by TMZ, captures the intense confrontation that took place on June 3, which is central to Tom’s request for a restraining order. In the footage, Tom and Victoria are seen arguing passionately before Tom rushes towards Victoria, seemingly attempting to seize a recording device from her.

In the footage, Will appears to intervene by wrapping his arms around Tom’s waist, attempting to pull him away from his daughter. In response, Tom seemingly shoves Will backward, causing him to tumble into the burning fire pit and collide with Victoria. Will quickly rises to his feet and reportedly chases Tom into the house, while Victoria is left on the ground, appearing to hold her head after the impact.

We have learned that law enforcement responded to Tom’s residence on June 3 and subsequently arrested Victoria after an alleged domestic incident. Following this, Tom successfully filed for a temporary restraining order against both Victoria and Will, asserting that Victoria repeatedly struck him, and Will threatened him, punched a significant hole through a bedroom door where Tom had sought refuge, and later attempted to restrain him.

Will contests Tom’s version of events, stating to TMZ, “The DA chose not to pursue charges for a reason. I intervened to lift Tom off my daughter because he was overpowering her, twisting her arm, and aggressively trying to seize her phone after yelling at us in a threatening manner.”

Will alleges that Tom then pushed him into the fire pit, resulting in injuries that necessitated medical attention and ongoing care. He claims he was the one who called the police “for our safety,” not Tom.

Will emphasizes, “This is my daughter’s home, and we want Tom to stay as far away from us as possible, distancing ourselves from his lies and alcohol-fueled aggression.”
