Todd Nepola Dismisses Lawsuit Against Bravo with Prejudice
Published
Todd Nepola is no longer pursuing legal action against Bravo and NBC for defamation, having dismissed his lawsuit earlier this week.
The star of “Real Housewives of Miami” filed a brief document with the court, voluntarily dismissing his action against the major corporations, with the lawsuit dismissed with prejudice, preventing him from re-filing.
The filing does not clarify the reason behind the dismissal.
Previously reported, Todd filed the lawsuit in October, claiming the network misrepresented his finances to enhance storylines involving his wife, Alexia Nepola, in seasons 6 and 7 of ‘RHOM.’

The lawsuit accused multiple episodes where Adriana de Moura allegedly made false assertions regarding his businesses failing and suggested he might need to downgrade his apartment.
It remains unclear if Todd reached an agreement with Bravo or NBC, but he appears to be moving forward with his life.
