Nolan Wells Mother Initiates Subpoenas … Regarding TikTok, Instagram & Other Social Media Accounts

Christine Wells-Wonsley, the mother of Nolan Wells, is actively pursuing legal action to access her son’s social media accounts following his tragic passing, as reported by TMZ.
Documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Christine filed court papers on Tuesday, issuing subpoenas to major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Life360, Snapchat, and TikTok.
The subpoenas demand that these social media companies provide all relevant materials and data connected to Nolan’s accounts.
Christine is seeking detailed information, including all current and previous usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, and display names associated with the account. she requests all IP addresses linked to any account activity, such as logins, password resets, and related metadata.
The subpoenas also seek all IP addresses related to any friend activity on the account. This includes identifying information for anyone who interacted with Nolan through messaging, as well as all posts, stories, chats, messages, DMs, photos, videos, text files, GPS data, friend-list history, and other stored information.
As previously reported by TMZ, Nolan was tragically discovered deceased after going missing on July 4, following a gathering with friends on Horn Island.
The 18-year-old’s friends informed investigators that Nolan did not return from the island with them. They stated he intended to remain behind with a girl.
