Published
Kai Cenat is currently facing a lawsuit filed by an individual who alleges that the popular streamer’s security guard assaulted him without provocation.
The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, reveals that a man named Dustin Batista is suing both Kai and his security guard, Lamont Gilbert, claiming he was violently attacked during the 2025 Dominican Day Parade in New York after encountering Kai and Gilbert.
Batista alleges that Gilbert “struck, punched, and assaulted” him while serving as the security detail for Kai.
The plaintiff asserts that he “did not threaten, attack, provoke, consent to contact with, or otherwise justify the attack” in any way.
