Jayda Cheaves recently told fans that 2018 felt like a “humiliation ritual.” More specifically, she admitted that an incident involving a clothing item she sold to a fan made her feel that way. Back then, the fan blasted the influencer for selling her a two-piece look that had dried discharge in the panty area. Although it happened years ago, the story resurfaced online this week as Jayda’s brand, Waydamin, faced new allegations of stealing fashion designs.

Social Media Was Gagged After Customer Shared Stained Panty Story With Photo Proof

In July 2018, The Shade Room Teens posted about a customer named Breyona, who had taken to the platform to call out Jayda. In her caption, the woman revealed she ordered a two-piece ruffle set on July 22, 2018 and received it three days later. When she opened the package, she said she was “not pleased at all” with what she saw in the black panty area—white crusty discharge.

“If you’re going to [sell] something at least make sure it’s clean. Like this sh*t is not cool!! I messaged both of her pages an still haven’t got any response. Like lesson learned I will not order from anything other than reguklar websites like I been doing. Try something diff then boom,” the caption said.

At the time, Jayda Cheaves didn’t say much on the situation, but in one IGS post she allegedly quoted Jay Z. “I used to give a f*ck, now I give less. What do think of success? It sucks, too much stress.”

Jayda Cheaves Confirms Incident Was A True Story

While answering fan questions this week, Jayda responded to a fan who asked “Did u acc send out a set with yo yeast in it?” Cheaves started by saying that incident was a “humiliation ritual.” She said that was the only embarrassing thing she’s been through that “broke” her.

“What made it worse was because it was like nothing I could do to do the damage control,” Jayda Cheaves said. “So that’s why I said it was a humiliation ritual. The amount of people that started following me and knowing who I was because of that situation was insane. I think that was the pivotal craziest sh*t in my career that elevated me, like promoted me to another level.”

Jayda said that when the incident happened she was eight weeks pregnant with Loyal. At the time, she said she was “sleeping her life away” because the situation was traumatic. Ultimately, she confirmed it “actually happened,” she made the best of it, and even dropped a collection named discharge or something similar.

“Yeah, shi*t happens, I’m not perfect…Every time something happen, guest what I do? I get on here I eat that sh*t and I keep it going,” she said, saying it all adds to the plot of her life story.

Is Waydamin Stealing Designs?

As mentioned, this week, Jayda Cheaves clapped back at Gorgeous Doll over fashion designs. Doll accused the influencer of stealing designs and ideas and dropped alleged receipts from a vendor in China. Cheaves kept her response subtle, throwing up a photo on IGS of her rocking the design Doll pointed out.
