Christine Wonsley, the mother of Nolan Wells, continues her quest for clarity… and she is now directing her efforts towards the marine towing companies that Nolan’s friends contacted on the day he went missing.
Recently, TMZ received two subpoenas submitted on Thursday for Nolan’s estate—one targeting Sea Tow Services International and the other aimed at Ward Marine Services, which operates as Sea Tow South Mississippi.
For the subpoena directed at Sea Tow, Christine is requesting comprehensive details related to the July 4 incident from 2 PM to 8 PM. This includes calls, recorded communications, dispatch records, and documents indicating who managed the response.
Christine is also seeking Sea Tow’s training materials and documented procedures for responding to reports of vessels taking on water or sinking.
The subpoena directed at Ward Marine seeks even more information. Christine is requesting all calls related to the incident, including dispatch communications and interactions between the captain, local crew, and individuals associated with the boat.
Christine is also requesting all other communications related to the incident, along with records that verify whether any actions were taken to change or halt Sea Tow’s response.
As previously reported, Christine has also issued subpoenas for social media and location data as she seeks to reconstruct Nolan’s last movements and interactions.
Nolan vanished on July 4 near Horn Island, Mississippi. His body was discovered two days later, close to the location where he was last seen, and the official cause and manner of death have not yet been disclosed.
