In-N-Out Faces Lawsuit ALLEGATIONS OF HYPOCRISY IN RELIGIOUS BELIEFS!!!

In-N-Out is currently facing a serious lawsuit alleging religious discrimination. A former employee claims she was treated unfairly and ultimately terminated after requesting a modified work schedule to accommodate her Christian beliefs.
The lawsuit, which was reviewed by TMZ, reveals that Arianna Rodriguez had been employed as a cook at the Long Beach, CA location for nearly five years without any scheduling conflicts that affected her Sunday church attendance.
According to her claims, the situation changed when a new manager took over in October. She asserts that her Sunday availability became a persistent issue, leading to her first disciplinary write-up during this period.
In December, Arianna approached upper management to express her concerns about her work schedule, church obligations, and perceived discrimination. Unfortunately, her complaints were dismissed without consideration.
On June 24, Arianna reported that an incident occurred involving food, which she believed was waste according to standard workplace practices. instead of addressing her concerns, In-N-Out suspended her and initiated an HR investigation regarding the matter.
Details surrounding the incident remain vague, yet Arianna contends that other employees engaged in similar actions without facing suspension or termination, only receiving warnings instead.
The lawsuit indicates that after she reported what she perceived as “unequal treatment,” Arianna was terminated on July 3, accused of violating company policy.
Arianna is now pursuing legal action for claims of religious discrimination and wrongful termination, seeking unspecified damages, unpaid wages, and reinstatement to her former position.
This lawsuit raises eyebrows, especially considering that In-N-Out is owned by a devout Christian family that famously includes Bible verses on their packaging.
