Initially, the documents allege that D4vd was involved in “continuous sexual abuse” of Hernandez “on or between” September 2023 and September 2024, during which time Hernandez may have been as young as 12 years old. Moreover, the documents accuse D4vd of murdering Hernandez “on or about April 23, 2025.” It further states that “on or about May 5, 2025,” D4vd purportedly committed the act of mutilating her body.
