Porsha disclosed in court that Simon has also agreed to reimburse her $1,568,181.63 from his share of the mansion’s equity and will officially transfer the title of the Rolls-Royce Ghost to her. Court documents acquired by TMZ reveal that Simon has relinquished his interest in the Atlanta mansion they once shared to Porsha through a quitclaim deed. This agreement allows Porsha to refinance or sell the property without needing Simon or an arbitrator’s approval.

Before Porsha could fully relish her accomplishment, Simon jumped into the conversation to assert that he’s the one truly winning. He took to his Instagram Stories to inform his followers that Porsha’s apparent triumph comes with significant financial burdens. “They forgot to mention they also inherited $8,000,000 in debt & still got to pay me,” he stated. He further claimed she owes him a substantial amount of money, adding to the drama. Simon emphasized his own favorable position by claiming he is leaving the marriage “debt-free.”
