To complete the mission “Octolock Away the Pain!”, follow these steps:
- Talk to Kazuki in the underground path/sewers, Bleu Sector 4/District (eastern exit of Wild Zone 10).
- Enter the 1-Star Hyperspace Wild Zone and catch Clobbopus (grey silhouette).
- Level Clobbopus to 35+ and learn Taunt (set as active move).
- Evolve Clobbopus to Grapploct to auto-learn Octolock.
- Use Octolock on Kazuki’s back, and the quest will be completed!
