A mayoral candidate in Mexico was assassinated at point-blank variety — and the murderous act was caught on camera … with the killer himself getting gunned down also.
Be warned, this video is particularly graphic — Alfredo Cabrera is observed smiling and greeting supporters in the middle of his final campaign rally cease in Coyuca de Benitez, Guerrero, Wednesday … just moments prior to he’s brutally shot, which was getting filmed.
The perpetrator is not completely visible in the clip … but you can see a gun in their hand, boldly pointed at the back of Cabrera’s head just as he’s about to address 300 supporters — and then they fire.
The video gets fuzzy, but you can hear the sound of quite a few a lot more gunshots in succession, along with the panicked screams of terrified supporters.
Yet another distressing video captured later shows Cabrera’s lifeless physique lying on the ground at the abandoned campaign rally occasion … and you also see the physique of the purported gunman.
The existing Gov. of Guerrero, Evelyn Salgado, condemned the crime as cowardly in a statement … saying she’s urged the Lawyer General’s Workplace of the State of Guerrero to conduct a thorough investigation and make certain the complete weight of the law is applied to the gunman and all these accountable for the crime.
