When someone asked why the seller didn’t accept the offer purely to save the dog from an owner who “clearly doesn’t care about his puppy”, the seller replied, “I would but I honestly really need the money and already have a pup that doesn’t get along the best with other dogs. I offered to take the dog but he said no.”
