Male Sexual Assault Accuser of Stefon Diggs Must Share DMs

A man has been ordered to submit direct messages exchanged with Stefon Diggs in light of accusations of sexual assault made against the NFL star, according to information obtained by TMZ.

The individual making the accusations, Christopher Griffith, has been given 14 days to provide his complete Instagram direct message history with Stefon, as detailed in newly acquired legal documents.

Christopher is required to submit all relevant documents related to his travel to Maryland during the weekend of May 20-23, 2023, when he alleges the incident occurred. This includes flight details, hotel bookings, baggage receipts, and ride-share information.

Christopher must also provide any text messages exchanged with Stefon, as well as any discussions he had regarding Stefon, whether directly or indirectly.

The presiding judge has denied Stefon’s motion for sanctions against Christopher.

As reported by TMZ, Stefon has filed a defamation lawsuit against Christopher, claiming that the accusations of sexual assault made by Christopher in 2023 have severely damaged his reputation and caused significant personal distress.

Christopher has filed a countersuit, alleging that he was drugged and sexually assaulted by Stefon. He claims that Stefon exposed himself and invited him to his room, an invitation Christopher asserts he declined.

In legal documents, Christopher alleges that Stefon had his associates assault him a week after the purported sexual assault, attempting to intimidate him into silence.
