Lawyer for Justin Baldoni Open to Settling Suit with Blake Lively

Justin Baldoni‘s defense lawyer is not dismissing the possibility of a settlement in Blake Lively‘s lawsuit against him. His team remains focused on achieving a positive outcome.

Bryan Freedman, Baldoni’s attorney, spoke with reporters outside a Manhattan courthouse after a recent hearing. He expressed optimism regarding the hearing’s outcome for Baldoni.

When asked about the possibility of a settlement, Freedman did not dismiss the idea. However, he could not confirm a definitive stance on the matter.

Freedman hopes for a favorable resolution for his client, although the specifics remain uncertain.

Lively’s attorney, Sigrid McCawley, addressed the press outside the courthouse. She emphasized that Lively’s motivations extend beyond financial gain. Lively aims to make a statement and impact young women facing workplace harassment.

Given McCawley’s statement, a settlement appears unlikely at this stage. However, like Freedman, she acknowledges that it cannot be entirely ruled out.
