An L.A. metropolis councilman is accusing a neighboring metropolis’s police division of dumping a homeless man in his yard and leaving him extreme and dry … and he’s obtained video.
Paul Krekorian — who represents Los Angeles’ 2nd District — put forth surveillance footage Friday, by means of FOX 11 reporter Matthew Seedorff, that he claims reveals Burbank PD officers dropping off a homeless man correct in entrance of his office in North Hollywood Thursday.
The footage appears to point 2 cops escorting an individual out from the once more of their patrol vehicle, the place he appears to be to be screaming and/or talking to himself … sooner than getting on the underside.
From the appears to be of the video that Krekorian provided … the officers merely depart the individual there and get once more of their vehicle sooner than driving away — this as a result of the person seems to be experiencing an emotional episode of some sort.

Krekorian is outraged by this — detailing his allegations further in a letter he put forth sooner than the rest of the L.A. Metropolis Council … via which he claims BPD picked this man up of their jurisdiction, drove him over to NoHo (inside L.A.’s metropolis limits) and left him to fend for himself.
For individuals who be taught his letter, you will notice his argument — Krekorian insists too many neighboring communities are doing this … particularly, skirting responsibility for his or her very personal homelessness factors and shuttling people over to L.A. to have the city handle it, which he finds disgusting.
Krekorian filed a motion Friday demanding the Metropolis of Burbank take responsibility for this and be held to account — and he’s calling for a full investigation too.
Now in relation to what exactly led as a lot as this — we now have a little bit little bit of notion. Regulation enforcement sources inform TMZ that cops obtained a reputation Thursday to answer to a unadorned man on a bench — and we’re instructed officers provided him with clothes … to not level out provided him with a journey that we’re instructed he requested. Our sources say the cops drove the individual the place he requested to go.
With regards to why the individual was left there — we’re instructed the officers felt he didn’t meet the requirements for a 5150 keep.
Burbank PD has now responded to this too — and their narrative matches up with what we’d been instructed. However, they make some extent to say the individual had requested to be dropped off at a bus station, nonetheless was let free when he requested. The division is launching an investigation.
