According to TMZ’s report, Starr recounted to officers that a tall Black male approached them in the hotel lobby, complimenting them by saying they were “cute” before initiating a conversation. Starr further claimed that the male identified himself as an adult before accompanying them to their hotel room. Subsequently, police arrested Starr in connection with the incident. During a thorough pat-down, officers discovered one opened condom and another condom tucked inside Sidney’s pocket.
