Google’s New AI Ultra Plan Costs $250 Monthly!

Google has officially introduced its new AI Ultra subscription plan priced at $250 per month, designed for users who desire limitless access to the most sophisticated machine learning features available. This pricing point sets the plan at $50 more than the already premium offerings from competitors, including ChatGPT Pro by OpenAI and Claude Max by Anthropic, highlighting a significant investment for those seeking cutting-edge technology.

With the AI Ultra plan, subscribers will enjoy early access to groundbreaking models such as Veo 3, along with unlimited usage of innovative tools like Flow, a newly launched AI film-making application that promises to revolutionize content creation, and the resource-intensive Deep Research feature. In the upcoming weeks, Google will be introducing Deep Think to users of AI Ultra, which is a new and improved reasoning mode integrated with its Gemini 2.5 Pro model. Additionally, subscribers can expect access to Google’s web-surfing agent and the Gemini integration within Chrome, along with the standard interfaces for the chatbot found in applications like Gmail and Docs.

Google is positioning the AI Ultra subscription as a justified investment by highlighting the inclusion of YouTube Premium and a remarkable 30TB of cloud storage across services such as Google Photos, Google Drive, and Gmail. To put this into perspective, a standalone YouTube Premium subscription typically costs around $14 per month, and Google does not offer the 30TB of cloud storage as a separate product. The closest alternative is the Google One service, which provides a Premium tier with only 2TB of storage for $10 per month.
