Chanel Thierry has reacted after DJ Mustard reportedly filed for sole legal custody of their kids and is seeking $30,000 from her following her online posts about him.

DJ Mustard Reportedly Filed For Sole Legal Custody While Seeking $30,000 From Chanel Thierry

According to TMZ, court documents show that Mustard is now seeking sole legal custody of his three kids, whom he shares with Thierry. Per the outlet, the children are identified as 13-year-old Kiylan, 10-year-old Kauner, and 6-year-old Kody. Furthermore, TMZ reports that he and Thierry were given joint legal custody of their kids and were ordered to refrain from “negative, disrespectful, or derogatory manner to or about the other” in their children’s presence.

Despite this, Mustard is alleging that Thierry violated this order with posts shared on her Threads account. Specifically, he reportedly cited one message, allegedly shared on October 26, where she wrote in part, “Dijon I know you are reading this, I’m so sick of your s***. You suck… I’ve been divorced 3 years now and my ex husband continues to do things to purposely get under my skin…”

More Mustard’s Actions Against His Ex-Wife

Per the outlet, Mustard reportedly feels that his ex-wife’s posts “negatively impact the best interests” of their kids. Additionally, he reportedly added that the posts “undermine the proper functioning of the co-parenting process.” Therefore, he is reportedly requesting sole legal custody and asking a judge to order Thierry to pay $30,000 in sanctions.

As The Shade Room previously reported, Chanel Thierry initially blasted her ex-husband online back in July. At the time, she alleged that Mustard refused to share their oldest son’s football schedule with her and failed to properly put their youngest son in a car seat.

Later that month, Thierry then posted texts between her and Mustard’s new lady, Brittany Stroud.

As for his latest actions against her, Thierry stepped into TSR to react:

“He did this same thing last year around my birthday. Threads from October yet you choose to file a day before my birthday 🙄 Its called freedom of speech! Sir go to bed. This man loves seeing me in court I’m convinced cause doing this every year is a waste of money fr 🫠,” she wrote.
