Dave Chappelle Hollywood Bowl Attacker Sues Venue, Security for Battery

The man who attacked Dave Chappelle onstage at the Hollywood Bowl in 2022 is now suing the place and its related stability … alleging they permitted this complete debacle to unfold.

According to new legal docs received by TMZ … Isaiah Lee — who assists make a challenge of indicating he identifies as bisexual and has seasoned homelessness in his filing — says he rushed the stage to tackle Dave as a protest from jokes he made for the duration of the evening.

Lee claims the venue’s safety group brutally conquer him right after he tackled Chappelle, allegedly spitting on him and dislocating his elbow purposefully … and, he statements, the group permitted Chappelle’s entourage to whoop on him as nicely.

BTW … Lee says the knife that seemed like a gun fell out of his pocket for the duration of the beating, and he in no way pulled it out to use on Dave.

Lee’s suing for negligent security and battery … declaring he is suffering from once more accidents, decline of mobility and the aforementioned dislocated elbow — as effectively as other healthcare problems.
