Chris Brown Exits Instagram, His Fans Are In Shambles

With Chris still on his ‘Breezy Bowl XX’ tour, fans lost it when his IG profile disappeared early Wednesday (September 17). Brown didn’t just shut down his page, though. As mentioned, he took to IG Story with the message, “Ima take a break from social media. Y’all done pissed me off long enough.” It’s unclear what pushed Breezy over the edge of deactivation. But fans didn’t miss a beat and took to X, formerly Twitter, to sound off about it. Swipe below to see reactions.

Singer Also Slammed “Colorist” Comments

Not long before exiting IG, Chris Brown set the record straight on any colorist comments seemingly directed his way. Again on IGS, he wrote, “MISS ME WITH THE COLORIST RAGE BAITING.” His message came after he posted a still shot of his spicy dance with Kayla Nicole. In Los Angeles on Sunday, he and the entertainment industry influencer put on a show—legs in the air, grinding rated GROWN. In his post, he also included an aerial shot of his packed venue filled with fans with their phones out and the show lights beaming! He captioned the post with a red heart. Kayla Nicole Says She Showed Out For The “Brown Girls”

As mentioned, it appears that Chris Brown turned his back on social media in light of his viral ‘Take You Down’ moment with Kayla. Before he commented on “colorist rage baiting,” she wrote a message about what the dance meant to her. For context, the girlies on social media were applauding Nicole for putting in work while on stage, too. In her recap IG post, she said it was a moment for her teenage self, who was a superfan of Chris Brown. But she ended her caption with a lil’ sizzle when she commented on reppin’ for the “brown girls.”

“For the mini me who saw him at one of her first concerts. For the woman who sometimes feels like she has to be a monolith instead of multi-layered. I did it for the smart girls, the cool girls, the sexy girls, the fun girls–for all of u who are all of those things at once. And I OVERLYdid it for my brown girls, tthhaaankya.”
