Who knows Charleston best? You, Charlestonians. Sometimes you just need advice or recommendations from other CHS residents. That’s why we’re rounding up a few local Facebook community groups to join based on your interests.
Heads up: Some of these pages are private + require membership questions to join.
Check out these 30+ groups for:
Locals | From news to recommendations, happenings, odd jobs, services, and everything in between
History buffs | Learn more about a landmark + share a story
Foodies | Food-related topics, restaurant openings, events + where to find the best…
Parents | Childcare, recommendations, family-friendly events + kid news
Busy bees | Events across the Lowcountry, from festivals + pop-up shops to trivia nights and grand openings
Jobs ‘n hobbies | Search for employment or chat about your favorite hobby
Home buyers + renters | Sell, buy, rent, or sublease
Thrifters | Buy, sell, trade, or find items for free
Networking | Schedule a meet-up, co-work, or introduce yourself to a new friend
*Disclaimer: These are just a few of the various groups in the Holy City.
