TikTok Faces Imminent Threat of a Ban in the U.S.

Following a federal court’s recent denial of TikTok’s request to postpone a law that could lead to the app’s ban in the United States, the company is now appealing to the Supreme Court for additional time. Although TikTok’s initial legal challenge was unsuccessful earlier this month, the company remains hopeful that the Supreme Court will intervene before app stores and internet service providers begin to block access to TikTok next month.
