Blake Berris’ estranged wife has formally initiated divorce proceedings. Reports indicate that the couple has been living apart for several years, according to sources at TMZ.
The divorce documents, filed by Berris’ wife, Alexandra McGuinness, cite irreconcilable differences as the basis for their separation.
The filed documents reveal details about the couple’s separation. McGuinness states that they separated on September 11, 2024, and notes that they were married on August 26, 2017. This indicates that their marriage lasted nearly seven years before they decided to part ways.
McGuinness mentions that they have three minor children together. The filing requests joint legal and physical custody of the children, emphasizing her commitment to their well-being.
She is seeking spousal support while also requesting that the court does not award any support to Berris.
Blake Berris gained fame among daytime television audiences for his portrayal of Nick Fallon on “Days of Our Lives.” He later reprised his role as Everett Lynch on the same series. His performance has earned him recognition from the Daytime Emmy Awards.
The couple’s connection extends beyond their personal lives; McGuinness is also a filmmaker and directed Berris in the feature film “Highway.” They welcomed their first child, a son named Lir, in 2019, and later expanded their family with the birth of twin boys in 2021.
