If you have invested in an Atmos-enabled soundbar with side-firing speakers, rearranging your furniture may be necessary. Ensure there is a clear pathway for sound to travel from the speakers to your seating area, free from obstructions such as furniture, shelves, or sound-absorbing materials.
For those living in compact spaces, consider options like the Sonos Beam. This model does not depend on upward-firing drivers, allowing for flexible placement in smaller environments. While it offers a virtual Dolby Atmos experience, providing a three-dimensional sound quality, it does not replicate the immersive effect of traditional up-firing drivers.
