Sean Kingston was shipped out from California to Florida in his $1 million fraud case, and now a Sunshine State sheriff’s workplace desires to send the singer a bill for the transport charges.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the Broward County Sheriff’s Workplace is asking the court to have Sean spend back the taxpayers of Broward County for the expense of his extradition.
BCSO says taxpayers shelled out $five,268.53 for Sean’s extradition from Cali … with transport charges going towards industrial airline tickets, hotels, car or truck rental and travel allowances for the U.S. Marshalls and Broward County sheriffs deputies tasked with bringing Sean back to Florida.
Sean’s lawyer Robert Rosenblatt tells TMZ … Sean arrived back in Florida on Sunday evening following a flight — and his legal group at this point is focused on receiving Sean freed on bond, so the restitution matter is a bit on the back burner for them, at least for now.

As we reported … Sean is facing ten charges associated to the raid Sheriff’s deputies carried out final week at his property in Florida.
Sean is accused of operating an organized scheme to defraud many organizations.
Try to remember … authorities say Sean and his mother, Janice Turner, ripped off an exotic car or truck dealer, a jeweler and many other firms for nicely into the six-figure variety.
Sean’s also facing a grand theft charge more than an $86k custom bed … plus charges associated to writing a undesirable verify and defrauding banks.
