Viral Video of Arkansas Trooper and Black Man Ignites Social Media Fury
The footage circulating online depicts a confrontation between an Arkansas trooper and Tedrick Washington Jr. The video shows the trooper instructing Tedrick to “crawl out of the car” while he is seated in the back with another passenger. Although Tedrick appears to explain that he cannot unlock the door, the trooper persists in shouting and ordering him to “crawl out of the car.” Subsequently, the trooper forcibly yanks Washington from the vehicle by his hair before pulling him through the back window by his arm. As Tedrick dangles from the window, the trooper seems to strike him in the face.

In an exclusive interview with The Shade Room, Tedrick Washington Jr. expressed that he complied with the trooper’s demands, yet he believes the officer’s actions were excessively forceful. Washington indicated that the trooper’s aggressive behavior has motivated him to seek legal recourse against the officer.
