Recent leaks of supposed gameplay footage from the eagerly awaited Grand Theft Auto VI have become almost a daily event.
In a particularly striking revelation, the latest video from the leaker group known as “CyberLeek” features an alarming clip at the end. If authentic, this clip implies that the leakers may possess a playable version of GTA 6. Currently, this clip is circulating widely on platforms like Reddit, X, and various gaming forums, making it easily accessible.
The most recent leak from CyberLeek showcases gameplay footage of a plane soaring over a city, revealing an impressively detailed urban landscape during the flyover.

At the end of the clip, gameplay footage transitions to the game’s main character, Jason, shooting at a wall, where the bullets spell out the word “LEEK.”
This development is particularly significant. Previous leaks of GTA 6 footage, including the recent plane sequence, mainly contained generic gameplay snippets. These types of leaks typically suggest that the leaker obtained unauthorized video from Rockstar Games or an affiliated partner.
The specific “LEEK” segment indicates that the leakers may have access to a playable build of GTA 6. This revelation raises a multitude of questions. How complete is this version of the game? Do the leakers possess the entire game? Is there a risk that they could reveal critical story elements?

It is important to note that none of the leaked videos have been verified. Numerous fake, AI-generated “leaks” are currently circulating on social media and gaming forums. The possibility remains that the new “LEEK” video could also be AI-generated, considering the ease with which high-quality video content can be produced using AI technology.
Mashable has reached out to Rockstar Games and its parent company, Take 2 Interactive Software, Inc., regarding the alleged leaks. We will provide updates to this story if additional information becomes available.
CyberLeeks have positioned themselves as a kind of vigilante group, claiming that their leaks are a form of protest against practices such as digital pre-orders and the contentious transition away from physical game discs.
Concurrently, the leakers are using the leaked footage to advertise their own cryptocurrency, known as a CyberLeek memecoin. A prominent watermark promoting this memecoin overlays the leaked footage.
The plane video was leaked only after it was selected as the winning option in a paid poll conducted on CyberLeeks’ website. Participants in the poll were required to pay using the CyberLeeks memecoin to cast their votes.
As one of the most highly anticipated video games in history, GTA 6 is generating immense excitement. Netflix recently announced plans to present an extended preview of the game on August 27. Will CyberLeek manage to spoil what Rockstar Games and Netflix have in store?
The highly awaited release of GTA 6 is scheduled for November 19.
