Sean “Diddy” Combs has successfully sold one of his prime properties on Miami’s exclusive Star Island for an astonishing $55 million, as confirmed by TMZ.
The stunning waterfront estate, located at 1 West Star Island, has reportedly been acquired by JFStar LLC, a real estate investment firm based in Newport News, Virginia Beach, according to The Real Deal, the first outlet to break the news.
Sources indicate that this significant transaction appears to have occurred off-market, with the buyer securing financing through an $18.5 million bank loan.
Diddy originally acquired the nearly 8,000 square foot mansion from renowned singer Gloria Estefan and her husband Emilio back in 2021. The property features a two-story main residence, a guest house, six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, a swimming pool, a spa, and a private dock.
Records indicate that Diddy continues to own his adjacent primary residence at 2 Star Island, as reported by the outlet.

Remember, the federal authorities executed a search warrant at 2 Star Island in March 2024 as part of an investigation into Diddy for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering activities. 1 Star Island was not included in the raid.

A jury later acquitted Diddy of sex trafficking and racketeering charges but found him guilty on two counts of violating the Mann Act by transporting individuals across state lines for sexual purposes.
