90 Day Fiancé fans are divided on Angela Deem’s latest Instagram video, where the controversial franchise star tests out a new goth filter.
90 Day Fiancé star Angela Deem has gotten mixed reviews from fans on Instagram after posting a video with a goth filter. Angela is perhaps one of the most infamous 90 Day Fiancé cast members of all time, first appearing with her beau Michael Ilesanmi on 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days seasons 2 and 3. Angela traveled to Nigeria to meet Michael, who she had met online, and the two really hit things off at first. Angela later proposed to Michael with a ring wrapped up in American flag, which he happily accepted. The couple then decided to start the K-1 visa application process for Michael.
As viewers saw on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? seasons 5 and 6, Angela and Michael’s relationship ultimately began to fall apart. Angela had always been controlling over Michael, but her behavior seemed to hit an all-time low, with her even throwing a cake in his face when she accused him of lying to her about other women. Nonetheless, Angela and Michael ended up tying the knot and getting married in Nigeria, after Michael’s K-1 visa was denied. Angela later decided that she wanted to pursue weight loss surgery, which Michael did not support. After getting criticism from Michael, Angela declared herself single, leaving their relationship in an unclear state.
In a recent post on Instagram, Angela received mixed reactions from fans after she posted a TikTok video of herself trying out a new goth themed filter on her face. Angela captioned the video “DO IT QUEENS“. Many of Angela’s followers actually liked the video, with some commenting that it was appropriate, given that Halloween is right around the corner. Others praised her for being devious, with some even calling her sexy.
The majority of viewers, however, were unimpressed with Angela’s newest post. Many fans were surprised with how different the filter made Angela look, giving her heavy eye makeup with thin eyebrows that looked to be drawn on. Several fans even commented that the video had initially scared them, while others told Angela that it was just not a good look. Many other followers of Angela’s commented on her age, saying that she was too old to be playing around with these types of filters and videos.
Whether they are happy about it or not, <em>90 Day Fiancé </em>fans have not seen the last of Angela just yet. Angela and Michael are both set to appear on the upcoming 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After season 7. In the season preview, Angela is seen flirting with another man on video chat who appears to live in Canada. She then tells the cameras that she has to now put herself first, leaving her and Michael’s relationship status incredibly unclear.
