Terrence McKinney, nicknamed ‘T.Wrecks’, is a record holder of one of the fastest knockouts in the history of UFC. He hails in the lightweight category with a record of 13-4-0. In the recent light, McKinney, along with other fighters, tweeted about getting sponsored by Tesla and his plan to bring in Elon Musk in UFC.

With an entrepreneurial giant like Elon, behind the wheels, Tesla has become the biggest promoter of electric cars in the world. Tesla not only brings in eco-friendly automobiles, but also supercars and luxury cars. Terrence McKinney recently appeared in an interview with EssentiallySports, where his piqued interest in getting a Tesla was revealed.

Terrance McKinney reveals his desire to bring Elon Musk into UFC in an exclusive interview with EssentiallySports

In an exclusive interview with EssentiallySports’ Joshua Ben Joseph, Terrance ‘T-Wrecks’ McKinney revealed some insights on him wanting to bring Elon Musk to UFC. Joseph, in the interview, also enquired about Aljamain Sterling, and Adrian Yanez.

“It’d be cool, and it’d be a good way to get like better sponsors for the fighters like they did with Mark Zuckerberg. So, it just made sense to us and I think it’d be cool to have Elon Musk in there and meet him”, said McKinney. He also shared that he wished to learn about the “stock process” from Elon Musk because he is brilliant.

Joseph then asks McKinney if he hopes to get a Tesla, in case the SpaceX owner comes to UFC. “I’m like, yeah. I need a Tesla, you know, where I can do my business and still get a free ride”, replied the fighter.

UFC Fighters want Musk to sponsor them

Terrance McKinney, Aljamain Sterling, Adrian Yanez, and Uros Medic began a thread of Tweets to get a free Tesla and bring in Elon Musk to the Octagon.

Yanez began the thread saying, “What’s up @Tesla… looking to sponsor a fighter with a Model X…” To which Sterling replied, “I’ll take one too!”

Uros Medic followed this, joining in and recommending that they bring Elon Musk down to the Octagon. “You guys doing it wrong… We have to bring him in and once he sees the fights live, it’ll blow his mind… then there will be cars for everyone”, he tweeted.

When Sterling questioned on how the fighters plan to bring Elon Musk in, Terrance McKinney added to the fun, saying, “He [Elon Musk] wants to fight Putin so y’all could work the angle of training him and then bam everyone got personalized Teslas.”

Previously, Ilir ‘The Sledgehammer’ Latifi had called out Mark Zuckerberg when he was sitting in the audience. Latifi asked Zuckerberg to throw in a bonus and help the fighters out.
