The system does not require the use of Ultrahuman’s smart rings.
The Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC) has partnered with Ultrahuman to leverage the latter’s advanced algorithms within its Sahatna app. This app serves as a comprehensive healthcare platform that allows users to manage their health effectively, including consultations with healthcare professionals and access to personal health and genetic records. Notably, the app will provide users with insights into their biological age, a feature derived from Ultrahuman’s Ultra Age metric. This innovative metric evaluates various health indicators such as sleep quality, cardiovascular health, and blood markers to present a holistic view of one’s health status. Users will find this feature accessible, regardless of whether they utilize Ultrahuman products, as Sahatna is designed to be compatible with multiple devices.
In the past, wearable technologies have often been overlooked by healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies. there is a noticeable shift in this perspective. The ADPHC aims to enhance public understanding of how lifestyle choices affect long-term health outcomes. The integration of clinical data with wearable technology is expected to facilitate earlier health interventions, develop targeted prevention strategies, and offer personalized health recommendations. At this stage, it remains unclear whether health officials will have the capability to pinpoint individuals needing direct intervention, or if this responsibility will rest solely with the users themselves.
