Published
Quinton Aaron is making a triumphant return to acting following a serious health scare, and his new project resonates deeply with his personal experiences.
According to insiders familiar with the project, the star of “The Blind Side” has secured a role in a unique vertical microdrama inspired by true events from his life, focusing significantly on his personal relationship challenges.
While the project is still in its developmental phase, Quinton is anticipated to commence filming shortly.
This series is set to feature 60 episodes, each lasting around 2 to 3 minutes, and will be available on Atwist, a new vertical platform collaborating with Kevin Hart‘s Hartbeat and Upscale Productions to produce a variety of short-form shows and films.
Quinton is expected to take on a role in the series, although he is still contemplating whether to portray a character that reflects his own life experience.
Our sources indicate that Quinton secured this opportunity through his manager, who has established connections with the production company.
Crucially, this marks Quinton’s return to acting since experiencing a significant health crisis that resulted in his hospitalization earlier this year.
As previously reported by TMZ, Quinton experienced a spinal stroke and was placed on life support before making remarkable progress in his recovery, including the removal of his tracheal tube and regaining his ability to speak.
Quinton later shared with TMZ that he was intubated and in a coma during this critical time. He even recounted having a vision of Jesus while he was unconscious before awakening in the hospital.
Reports indicate that Quinton is feeling much improved now and is eager to return to his acting career.
