In her recent video, Jackilyn Martinez used the popular audio clip “saxophones getting louder” from the 1991 film ‘Boyz n the Hood’. This dramatic music often signifies impending chaos or negative moments. In her rendition, Jackilyn is shown repeatedly dialing and placing the phone to her ear. The video’s caption reads, “When your baby daddy has you blocked and rent is due, so the saxophone got louder.” For context, she and Soulja Boy share a three-year-old son named KeAndre. Following her post, Blueface took to X (formerly Twitter) to offer her some financial help.
“Tell Soulja Boy’s baby mama I’ll cover her rent. I knew my guy ain’t had it a long time ago. Call in, I got you Jackie,” Blueface tweeted, garnering over 187,000 views.
Jackilyn Martinez Sets the Record Straight and Takes a Shot at Blueface
After The Shade Room shared Jackilyn Martinez’s video alongside Blueface’s tweet, she made her presence felt in the comment section. Jackilyn clarified that her video was intended as a joke. She also mentioned that Soulja Boy had already covered her rent and criticized Blueface for the unpaid lawsuit money. As reported earlier, in April 2025, a court awarded Jackie a default judgment of $123,243.10 after she sued Blueface for $10 million. This legal action stemmed from Blueface’s false claim on X in 2022 that he was the father of her son.
“Y’all need to chill. I do work; I’m actually doing hair right now. Soulja took care of it and Blueface needs to pay me the lawsuit money ASAP,” Jackie commented.
After The Shade Room reposted her clarification and rebuttal, Jackie added further comments. She stated, “I can pay my own rent. Soulja is definitely going to help with taking care of my son. I pay all my own bills; it was just a viral joke.” A few hours later, Blueface also chimed in under the repost, claiming that he had already settled the lawsuit payment.
“She hasn’t received the money yet? I mailed it two years ago when they filed 😂,” the rapper asserted.

Shortly after Blueface’s initial offer on X, Soulja Boy took to Instagram, sharing new images of himself holding multiple stacks of cash. He captioned the post simply, “DRIP.”
Then, on Thursday morning, following the exchanges between Jackie and Blueface the previous day, Soulja Boy posted again. This time, he shared a photo of himself laughing while looking at his phone and holding several stacks of cash. His caption read, “Lock in twin. 💛💕🤮🤢🤞🏾.”
