In her statement, TMZ also provided an update from the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s report. According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Lil Poppa died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the left side of his head while he was seated in the passenger seat of a vehicle.

That’s the version of you I will forever mourn. Because I truly believe, with all my heart, that if those drugs had never entered your life, none of this would have happened.”
