Published
President Donald Trump announced that his White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles has been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer.
The president stated that her prognosis is “excellent.” Wiles will continue to work full-time at the White House during her treatment.
POTUS expressed, “Her strength and commitment to continue doing the job she loves, while undergoing treatment, tells you everything you need to know about her.” He emphasized Wiles as one of his closest advisors.
Trump added, “She will soon be better than ever! Melania and I are with her in every way, and we look forward to working with Susie on the many big and wonderful things that are happening for the benefit of our Country!”
Wiles became the first woman to hold her current position after Trump appointed her as his Chief of Staff in 2024. Her pivotal role in his successful 2024 campaign made her a natural choice for the job.
